Директива Комиссии 66/683/ЕЭС от 7 ноября 1966 года об устранении всех различий в обращении с национальными продуктами и продуктами, которые в соответствии со статьями 9 и 10 Договора должны быть допущены к свободному перемещению, в части законов, правил или административных положений, запрещающих использование этих продуктов и предписывающих использование национальных продуктов или делающих такое использование зависимым от прибыльности.
Страхование
Директива о дистрибуции страховых продуктов (ДДС, Директива (ЕС) 2016/97 от 20 января 2016 года) устанавливает нормативные требования к компаниям, разрабатывающим и продающим страховые продукты. Она направлена на повышение защиты потребителей при приобретении страхования, включая страхование иное, чем страхование жизни, страхование жизни и страховые инвестиционные продукты (IBIP), а также на поддержку конкуренции между дистрибьюторами страхования путем создания равных условий деятельности. Данная директива заменила предыдущую Директиву о страховом посредничестве (IMD).
Текстиль
Директивы 73/44/EC, 96/73/EC и 2008/121/EC, действовавшие в текстильной отрасли, были отменены и заменены с 8 мая 2012 года Регламентом (ЕС) 1007/2011 об обозначениях текстильных волокон и соответствующей маркировке состава текстильных изделий (далее – «Регламент о текстиле»).
