На противоположном берегу реки Уз располагались промышленные подъездные пути: к северу от железнодорожной линии в 1909 году была основана семенная мельница с железнодорожным подключением, которая впоследствии превратилась в крупное предприятие Olympia Mills, а затем стала частью компаний Jurgens (1919), Unilever (1929) и BOCM (1952). Также на противоположном берегу находилась фабрика по переработке сахарной свеклы, имевшая железнодорожное соединение с южной стороны линии Халл – Селби с середины XX века. Впоследствии она была переоборудована в распределительный центр, включающий железнодорожный грузовой терминал и складские помещения. К числу арендаторов относятся Cemex (асфальтобетон, использующий камень из Пик-Форест, Дербишир) и Clipper Logistics (логистика для электронной коммерции в сфере одежды и текстиля).
Объекты
Станция полностью укомплектована, а касса открыта на протяжении всей недели с момента начала движения поездов до 19:45 (19:00 по воскресеньям). На обеих платформах также имеется билетный автомат. На каждой платформе расположены залы ожидания с информационными экранами для пассажиров и система громкой связи, охватывающая всю станцию, для информирования о движении поездов. Доступ на все платформы без ступеней возможен только в часы работы станции из-за необходимости использования переезда с помощью тележки. Открытие реконструированного пешеходного моста к платформам 2 и 3, включая пассажирские лифты, запланировано на июнь 2023 года.
Текущие услуги
В Халл – с понедельника по субботу теперь курсируют три поезда в час до Халла. Один поезд в час от TransPennine Express, два поезда в час от Northern (по одному из Йорка и через Брэдфорд и Лидс), а также несколько рейсов Hull Trains из Лондона Кингс-Кросс. Поезд из Йорка продолжает движение за пределы Халла.

To London – there are eight trains per day in total via Doncaster to London King's Cross. All London services are operated by Hull Trains except the Hull Executive, which is operated by London North Eastern Railway. Northern also runs one train each way to/from Doncaster and , the one from there continues to Bridlington. LNER also runs an evening service between Hull and Doncaster (calling at Selby). In recent years Northern has introduced improved service levels. The current Leeds to Selby stopping service has been extended through to Hull (see above – implemented in December 2019) and the York – Hull line service is now hourly throughout the week (including Sundays).
